Summary of Position
Our warm and supportive private pay group practice is seeking a FUll-TIME or PART-TIME LICENSED THERAPIST to practice as an independent practitioner. We also welcome applications from MASTER’S LEVEL THERAPIST INTERNS.
The ideal candidate has a heart for working with TEENS AND FAMILIES or COUPLES in addition to offering INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING SERVICES FOR ADULTS.
Training and experience in family therapy is preferred. Candidates with LMFT, LMHC, and LCSW license are welcome to apply.

Our mission is to provide excellent counseling services and customer care, so that individuals, couples and families get unstuck from what is holding them back in life and create great relationships, find peace and joy, and live to their full potential.
While we see many diverse clients, Christians who are looking for their faith to be fully integrated into their treatment is a big part of our work. This means our therapists are able to competently integrate that faith into the treatment for the client (may include prayer or exploring a portion of a Biblical text).
While some of our clients share our Christian faith, all of our counselors welcome clients from different walks of life.
Each of our counselors specializes in working with a specific clientele that they are experienced in and passionate about serving.
Our therapists have pursued advanced training and we enjoy the process of collaboration and the sharing of best practices among our colleagues.
We have therapists who specialize in doing trauma work and have training in EMDR. We also have therapists who work primarily with couples and are trained in EFT and Gottman Couples Therapy.
All of our clients are private pay. We do not work directly with insurance companies.

Required Qualifications
- Current State of Washington license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW (not required for interns)
- Work 15 sessions per week or more
- Available evenings and/or weekends
- Commitment to professional growth through training and supervision
- Competency in providing Christian counseling services
Preferred Qualifications
- Specialty training (EMDR, EFT for Couples, Gottman Couples Therapy, Play Therapy, IFS – Internal Family Systems, Somatic Experiencing)
- 3 years of clinical experience
