How Intensive Couples Counseling Works?
You will be given the opportunity to go through a process that can take weeks or months in traditional couples counseling in a morning or afternoon. A 3-hour intensive allows time to gain a better view of the deeper issues that often lie below the surface of the conflict and communication issues that contribute to a couple’s distress. Once a couple has a coherent view of these underlying factors it is possible to begin the process of creating positive change.
Intensive couples therapy can also be great for you if you have scheduling conflicts or work commitments that don’t permit you to attend traditional weekly couples counseling.

If you are having trouble finding a 3-hour slot online, please email me and I will work with your schedule to find the best time for the two of you. Keep in mind that intensives can be arranged on Saturday. I will make sure you have breaks!
